Weight loss story: “I started having green tea after every meal and followed Intermittent Fasting”

My breakfast: Either millet idlis & dosa or ragi upma, else oats with a glass of green tea post breakfast.

My lunch: Millet rice, aviyal (mix veg preparation) with one cup of curd

My dinner: Fruit or vegetable salad, usually a big bowl of the same.

Pre-workout meal: I used to have a banana along with a glass of lime water.

Post-workout meal: A cup of boiled chickpea salad.

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Biryanis are my favourite & definitely my weekend lunch. However, I mandatorily had green tea after every meal.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Cucumber raita, oats or ragi idli
