Weight loss story: “I had lauki juice every morning to lose 21 kilos”

My breakfast: It’s just lauki juice or egg whites with rye bread.

My lunch: Jowar rotis with veggies and dal or masala nachni rotis.

My dinner: I eat everything for dinner but I make sure that I complete my dinner before 7 pm every day.

Pre-workout meal: 1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil empty stomach with hot water and then black coffee.

Post-workout meal: Egg whites with rye bread.

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I don’t have any cheat days cause I eat whatever I want to but I make sure of the timings at what I eat.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Bajra khichdi, moong daal cheela.
