Not ‘Radhe’ review, THIS is the reason Salman Khan filed a defamation case against Kamaal R Khan

Kamaal R Khan recently tweeted that Salman Khan has sent him a defamation notice for his review of ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’. Now, DSK Legal who advocates for Salman Khan and Salman Khan Ventures, has released an official statement and clarified that the suit was filed because KRK has been ‘publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand “Being Human” are involved in fraud’.

The statement read, “Mr. Kamaal R Khan, the Defendant, has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Mr. Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because the Defendant reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect. The suit has been filed as the Defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr. Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand “Being Human” are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits. The Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Mr. Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly with a view to draw attention to himself.”

The statement further also said that KRK’s lawyer has made a statement in court today that he will not put any remarks of defamatory nature against the superstar. “Mr. Kamaal R. Khan’s lawyer made a statement in Court today that Mr. Kamaal R. Khan “will not put any remarks of defamatory nature against plaintiff on social media till next date”. The Hon’ble Court has been pleased to pass an order taking into account this statement made by Mr. Kamaal R. Khan’s lawyer.”

On Wednesday, KRK appealed to Salman Khan’s father, writer Salim Khan, with a series of Tweets. He wrote, “Respected @luvsalimkhan Sahab, I am not here to destroy @BeingSalmanKhan films or his career. I review films just for fun. If I know that Salman get affected by my review so I won’t review. If he could have asked me to not review his film So I would have not reviewed. Therefore there is no need to file a case to stop me from reviewing his film. Salim Sir, I am not here to hurt anyone. So I won’t review his film in the future. Pls ask him to not proceed the case. I will delete my review videos also, if you want. Thank you Salim Sahab!”
