Coconut water is one of the best summer coolers which keeps us refreshed and cool. Sometimes, when we drink coconut water directly from the unripe coconut we come across a layer of soft, white and creamy layer of flesh. That flesh is known as coconut meat. In India we call it ‘coconut malai’ and often we ask the person selling us the coconut water to cut the coconut and take out the malai for us.
