The actress told the news portal, working amid the new normal is challenging, and believes that if everyone is following the protocols, and the safety precautions are taken care of, then everyone is raring to go and start working again.
When asked about the changes that she feels has come with the new normal, the actress stated that about cinema evolving so much, as digital platforms have come up in such a big way, and people have a lot of new stories that they want to tell. She also admitted that it’s a great time to be in the cinema.
The actress has two highly anticipated projects right now – Shakun Batra’s untitled venture with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi and a pan India project ‘Liger’ alongside Vijay Deverakonda. The actress opened up to the news portal about how challenging these projects are as they’re very different roles from what she has done before, and also from each other.
She revealed that Shakun’s film is in a genre which hasn’t been explored in Bollywood yet, which people will be really looking forward to, as well as the whole dynamic between the four of them. When asked about Liger, the 22-year-old said she has a personal connection with the film as she loves watching that genre of cinema. She also confessed having high expectations from herself for the film.
