Run a pilot: Running a pilot program with one (or a few) selected modules for a shorter period. Dynamic fine-tuning is done based on participant & stakeholders’ feedback, as well as the analysis of results data from the pilot program.

Designing the Extended program: Getting the program framework designed for phased implementation, with outcomes clearly objectivised.

Deploying the phased program: Getting the fine-tuned, calenderised program schedule run.
